Free breakfast will be provided each morning at ORNL.
- A free shuttle service from the Embassy Suites by Hilton Knoxville Downtown to ORNL will be provided. The shuttle leaves at 7am every morning past the valet area in front of the park.
- Self paid meeting dinner at Hyatt place at 6:30pm on Thursday, in Five Thirty Lounge on the hotel’s rooftop.
- On Friday, shuttle will leave ORNL at 1:30pm for the Knoxville Airport and will continue to Embassy Suites by Hilton Knoxville Downtown

Embassay Suites by Hilton Knoxville Downtown is located at 507 South Gay St, Knoxville, Tennessee, 37902, USA.
To drive to the hotel from the airport follow W General Aviation Dr to US-129 N (0.4 mi).
Continue on US-129 N to Knoxville. Take the Cumberland Ave exit from TN-158 W toward downtown (13.9 mi)
Turn right at the 2nd cross street onto S Gay St. Hotel will be on the left.
